Return Period:

Proof of Purchase:

Return Shipping and Fees:

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
Once shipped, delivery responsibility shifts to the carrier.
We recommend using tracking and contacting the carrier for any issues.
While we’ll assist, we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges.
Please return your item, and once processed, purchase the new one separately.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
