Return & Refund Policy

Return Period:
  • You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be in the same condition as when you received them: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of Purchase: You will need the receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.

How to Initiate a Return:
  • To start a return, send an email to support@selanes.com (mailto:support@selanes.com).
  • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Please Note: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Perishable Goods: Due to food safety, items like bakery products, beverages, meat & seafood, and pantry goods cannot be returned.
  • Personal Care Goods: Vitamins & Supplements once opened for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These are final sale; no returns or refunds are accepted.
  • Hazardous Materials: No returns for items classified as hazardous, flammable liquids, or gases.

Return Shipping and Fees:
  • If your item is eligible for a return, we will provide a return shipping label, but please check the product details as some items might not qualify for free returns due to their size or shipping costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages:
  • Once your order is dispatched, the responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. We recommend tracking your package and contacting the carrier if there are any issues. Although we support you in resolving these matters, we are not liable for any loss or damage after dispatch.

Damages and Issues:
  • Please check your items upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, or the wrong product, notify us immediately.

Exchanges:
  • For a different item, return your current one first, then purchase the new item separately after your return is processed.

Refunds:
  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund approval.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and can take some time to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.
